if you don't think you can prove that it wasn't you, go to court and request the information reguarding the last time his radar was calibrated. Virginia has VERY strict radar calibration rules for their police, and the cops don't often follow these rules. If he hasn't had it calibrated within the proper time period, the case will be thrown out.I only know this because my sister has a friend who is a lawyer in Virginia (she lives in Virginia) and in the few times she's gotten a speeding ticket there, she's always gotten out of it with this argument.
